The Wyoming Board of Architects and Landscape Architects is a Practice Act and Title Protection state. This means that persons must be licensed by the Board in order to provide the services defined herein.  It also means that only persons licensed or certified by the Board may identify themselves with the titles restricted. Of course, as with most laws, there are exemptions. Those can be found in the Board's Practice Act in W.S. 33-4-117.

The Wyoming Board of Architects and Landscape Architects does not license or register firms. The Board only licenses individuals to practice architecture and landscape architecture in the State of Wyoming. For questions regarding business licensure, please contact the Wyoming Secretary of State's office at http://soswy.state.wy.us.
The Wyoming Board of Architects and Landscape Architects is staffed through the Professional Licensing Boards Office,
a division of A&I.
