Meeting Notices
If you would like to receive email notices regarding upcoming Board meetings, please submit that request and your email address to Emily Cronbaugh at emily.cronbaugh@wyo.gov. Per the Public Meetings Act, you are expected to renew this request annually.
Meeting Requirements and Procedures
Per W.S. 33-4-104: "The board shall hold regular meetings at least once each year, with the date and place to be set by the board." Additionally, 33-4-104 states: "All meetings of the board shall be conducted in accordance with W.S. 16-4-403, except that the board may hold executive sessions as provided by W.S. 16-4-405."
All Board meeting are open to the public and held according to the Wyoming Public Meetings Act. As agendas are tightly scheduled to accommodate business requiring attention, individuals wishing to speak or address the Board are highly encouraged to contact the Board office at emily.cronbaugh@wyo.gov prior to the meeting. Anyone wishing to bring a matter before the Board must submit the information in advance, and in writing, in order to be considered.

Public attendees are welcome at all board meetings.
