Application and Miscellaneous Forms

The Wyoming Board of Architects and Landscape Architects licenses Architects and Landscape Architects. No person may practice as an Architect or Landscape Architect in the State of Wyoming without first obtaining a license from the Board.

The Wyoming Board of Architects and Landscape Architects does not license or register firms. The Board only licenses individuals to practice architecture and landscape architecture in the State of Wyoming. For questions regarding business licensure, please contact the Wyoming Secretary of State's office at http://soswy.state.wy.us.

Important Tips:

  • It is the responsibility of the applicant to review the Rules and Regulations to determine the appropriate application method.
  • The Board office will not communicate with any individual except for the applicant regarding the status of any application.
  • Please be aware the Board will not accept cash.
The Wyoming Board of Architects and Landscape Architects is staffed through the Professional Licensing Boards Office, a division of A&I.

Architect Application Forms

PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING: If you are a potential applicant and do not have either the required National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) accredited architectural degree or a National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) Certificate, you may not meet Wyoming's criteria for licensure as an architect.

Please note you may be able to obtain an NCARB Certificate by pursuing one of NCARB's Education Alternative methods. You can read more about this on NCARB's website.

Landscape Architect Application Forms

If you are a potential applicant and do not have the required Landscape Architectural Accrediting Board (LAAB) accredited landscape architectural degree, you may not meet Wyoming's criteria for licensure as a landscape architect.
